5-Years!!

It was 5 years ago today that Evan and I got engaged :) One of the absolute best days of my life!

We were walking around my favorite park downtown... I was taking pictures of the skyline, and when I turned around to show Evan one of the pictures I took, he was down on one knee with the ring :)

It was PERFECT :)

Another Parade of Home for your viewing pleasure :) I really liked the wainscoting in the den, and the cottage-y kitchen feel.

(Not so sure I like the exterior color of the house though!! It's a bit bold and kermit-the-frog-ish for my taste!)

Parade of Homes - House #3

I will start off by saying that I don't think the pictures quite do this home justice! I LOVE the first floor. Especially the living room - it is not your typical, formal living room... It has rich, beautiful bookcases and amazing wine storage. YES PLEASE! I'm all for rooms you actually USE and reflect how people actually live, and this is my kind of living room! I just want to curl up on the couch with that blanket and a glass of wine and watch the Bachelorette! ;)

I also really love the transoms above the built-in desks in the family room area which is right off the kitchen. This room had a lot of really rich tones, but tons of light. Great combination! Enjoy!

House #2.. I love the exterior and the color scheme. The kitchen also stole my heart. I especially love the windows within the cabinets! I've never seen that before. So pretty! *sigh*

Parade of Homes Week- House #1

This was one of the best parade of homes I've ever attended! I cannot wait to share all of the pictures with you throughout the week :) Here is House #1. I loved the open floor plan and tall ceilings, the dining room, and the tile floors. Enjoy!
