Here we go!

So that news I was telling you about yesterday...

 

As you know, I've been looking to redesign my site for awhile. After searching out a lot of options within Blogger that just weren't quite working out (huge understatement), I finally found a platform that fits my short-term and long-term goals for blogging PERFECTLY!


I'm so excited, friends!


I still have a lot of work to do and I think over the next 6-months you'll continue to see a lot of changes.. but I didn't want to wait to have it "perfect" to get started. I wanted to jump right in and take you along on the journey with me!

"MVR" - Most Valuable Room

Winter is doing me in, completely!  I'm sure you feel the same.. (Except for my sister Amy who is currently living in Mexico. She always was the smarter sister!) 

 

Anyway, Evan and I keep saying how ABSOLUTELY THANKFUL we are that we have this mudroom. It looks pretty clean in this picture, but the floor is absolutely covered in salt, puddles, and paw prints. We are totally putting the "mud" in mudroom!

 

Overall this room is one of the things that sold us on our house. It is part of an addition that the previous owners constructed, and it is a God send! In houses like ours built in the early 1900s with detached garages, it is a super rare find and I'm so thankful we have this messy room as a dumping ground. Therefore, it wins my "Most Valuable Room" award :)

Take me to Nantucket

Watching the HGTV dreamhome last month made me REALLY want to take a trip to Nantucket. I've never been, but I've always loved it from afar! I seriously can't get the idea of moving there and living forever visting there out of my head! I would love to just hop on bikes with the boys and cycle around town with my camera.
